DR MO KHAKI
Dr Mo Khaki is an award-winning London-based GP, and an expert across general medicine, mental health, and lifestyle medicine.
He was named in the Top 50 Influential GP’s in the UK, received the prestigious inaugural Emerging Global Leader Award from Imperial College University, was voted Doctor of the Year at the BM Awards, and listed amongst the 100 most inspiring individuals in the NHS.
His charismatic and personable approach has cultivated a growing media profile to date and he regularly works with major media outlets including BBC, ITV, C5, Sky News, Daily Mail, GB News, BBC Radio 1, BBC London, BBC Asian Network, Times Radio, LBC, CNN/NBC (USA), Zee TV (UK/India), TRT World (Turkey).
He writes as an expert for The Guardian, The Independent, The Metro, Huffpost, The Evening Standard, Euronews, and Men's Health Magazine.
Last year he launched "Dr Mo's Happy Clinic" - his own Daily Mail mini-series addressing ways the public can support their mental health, and his efforts to improve understanding and access to mental health in minority communities led to his being awarded the BAME Mental Health Award 2021. He is also a respected public speaker, delivering a TED talk as well as regularly being invited to speak internationally on an array of medical topics
